The SIGNAL framework.
Six steps, one disclosed method, used on every service on this site. Read it here — in full — before you buy anything, not after.
The six SIGNAL steps
Scan
A full technical, content and AI-visibility audit — index status, Core Web Vitals, keyword and answer-engine landscape. Every engagement starts here, whether it’s a one-off Sprint or the first month of a retainer.
Interpret
Findings prioritised by likely impact and effort into a scoped roadmap — not a raw data dump. This is the step that turns an audit into a plan you can actually act on.
Groundwork
Technical fixes and on-site foundations shipped first, so later work doesn’t have to route around broken plumbing.
Narrative
Content and on-page work built to answer real search intent — written to rank and to be quotable by AI engines.
Amplify
Earned digital PR, links, and local/multilingual signals extend reach and authority — sources disclosed.
Loop
Monthly reporting against the original scan; re-scanned and re-prioritised on a cadence — the process repeats rather than stalling after month one.
What month 1/2/3 look like
Month 1
Scan and Interpret run in full: audit, roadmap, and the first Groundwork fixes shipped. You get a written scope and your first monthly report by the end of the month.
Month 2
Groundwork continues alongside the first Narrative work — content briefs, structural fixes, or local/international setup, depending on the service. Reporting continues monthly.
Month 3
Amplify work begins where scoped (PR, links, expanded local or international reach), and the Loop starts properly — comparing month 3 against the original Scan baseline. This is also when the 3-month minimum term completes and the retainer becomes cancellable monthly.
Reporting cadence
A written report every month — what shipped, what moved, what’s queued next — delivered by email, in plain language, not a raw data export. Advanced-tier retainers add a fortnightly or quarterly call, stated on that service’s own pricing block.
Tool stack
The same honest tool list as About’s capabilities section — Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and an AI-visibility tracking tool — what we run the method on.
