Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellation, rescheduling and refunds work across the three types of purchase available on this site: paid scheduled sessions, one-off services, and monthly retainer services. It applies alongside our Terms (AGB).
1. Paid scheduled sessions
(e.g. a paid onboarding or findings call tied to a purchased engagement). Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of that session's value, to cover the reserved time.
2. One-off services
(SEO Audit & Strategy Sprint, and the four one-off add-ons). You can cancel for a full refund any time before kick-off begins. Once kick-off has started — audit access has been used, research has begun, or a brief has been sent for the relevant add-on — the engagement is considered in progress and is non-refundable, since the work itself begins immediately at kick-off.
3. Monthly retainer services
(the seven retainer services and the three bundles). Retainers carry a minimum term of 3 months from the order date, stated on every pricing block before you check out. After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time with at least 14 days' written notice (email to support@seomarketingtactics.com is sufficient) before your next monthly billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month; we do not refund partial months already in progress, since that month's work has already started.
4. How to cancel
Email support@seomarketingtactics.com with your order reference. We'll confirm the cancellation and its effective date in writing.
5. Refund method
Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to the original payment method (or, for invoice payments, by reversing or reissuing the invoice) within 14 business days of confirming the refund.
