Every retainer includes a written scope, a fixed reporting cadence, and the actual tools we run it on — Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and an AI-visibility tracking tool, named here because a badge wall doesn’t tell you anything a tool name doesn’t. Retainers run on a 3-month minimum term, then cancel monthly — stated here, before checkout, not in a contract you read after signing.
What we don’t do: guarantee a ranking position (nobody honestly can), buy links from a link farm, or send you a PDF you can’t act on. If a tactic isn’t something we’d explain to you in plain German or English, we don’t run it.

Lab scores (PageSpeed) and field data (what real visitors experience) can diverge. We monitor both and only report on what’s actually happening for your visitors, not a single test run.
What happens if you find something urgent, like a manual action?
